“I was born and raised in sunny Brazil, however have lived in various places around the world – including the north of Italy, where I spent some wonderful months brushing up on my coffee and cappuccino making skills!”
Since moving to London in 2004, I have worked in many places, including big chains such as
‘Patisserie Valerie’. The one thing that has been consistent in all my positions has been a proximity to coffee!
Coffee has always been a big part of my life and my family – when I was a young boy my
mum would attract the neighbours to our house with the smell of her 5pm coffee!
"Waste one minute of your morning, but don’t waste it on a bad coffee"
I live for this phrase – not only for my customers but for myself – I think a morning coffee is
the perfect time to get yourself some ‘me’ time in the morning. A good coffee in the morning sets you up for the rest of the day – so we wouldn’t want to have a bad coffee to start with would we? You can find out more about the coffee I serve here.
